Three Point Motors is as of January 2010 taking over the Sprinter sales on Vancouver Island. You will be responsible for creating and seeking out sales of this multi function Cargo, passenger and chassis. If you have experience in the commercial vehicle business, that would be a great asset.
The Sales and Lease Consultant is responsible for providing a first-class dealership experience to every client, whether they visit the Sales Department or contact us by phone. At Three Point Motors we have a great sales process which, if adhered to, will provide a great framework for you to excel while creating relationships that last and generate repeat and referral sales. This position provides an excellent opportunity to acquire and/or exercise a broad range of sales and client relation skills and knowledge as the automotive industry is a very diverse and interesting one.

Hours of Work: 5 days a week, 8 hours per day (schedule to be determined with rest of sales team)
Pay: Commissions based on approximately 25% of sales gross profit (existing sales staff in this location earned between $70,000 and $90,000 in 2009).
RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to):
· Take telephone calls in a friendly and professional manner
· Follow the Three Point Motors sales process
· Follow the Three Point Motors follow up process
· Maintain the high standards of Three Point Motors in merchandising
· Adhere to the Three Point Motors dress code and maintain a neat and tidy work space
· Be familiar and proficient with Three Point Motors sales documentation
· Be familiar and remain up-to-date with Mercedes-Benz/Sprinter product knowledge and lease and finance programs
· Follow direction of Sales Manager
· Be a team player and help in getting the best out of every staff member in the store
REQUIREMENTS:
· This opportunity is ideal for candidates who want to sell automobiles of the highest quality in an honest, professional and efficient manner
· Applicants for this position should have well-developed abilities to converse with a variety of clients (business owners, upper management, etc) who are some of the most influential people.
· Must have a spotless criminal record check and a valid BC drivers license
· The successful candidate must be self-motivated, disciplined and have a positive force within the sales team. You must have the ability to plan day’s activities, maintain logs and complete report. Constant product and program training will be a must
· Must have initiative, and good verbal, written and visual communication skills along with a terrific attitude to achieve sales while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction
· The ability and drive to network with other companies and have a good knowledge of local business contracts as well as the ability to analyze multiple manufacturers programs.
· Computer skills and knowledge of Outlook are an asset
