Fionnuala and I drove to Whistler this past Thursday and back again on Sunday. I can't tell you how impressed I was with the performance, handling, comfort, etc. of the E 550. We've had Mercs, Jags, Audis and many others over the years but I told Fionnuala when we got there that, all things considered, it was probably the best actual "drive" I've ever had.

And, on the way back, that feeling of comfort and security went to a whole new level when we found ourselves dealing with the snow and ice that you probably read about in the paper. We actually drove past the accident where the driver, in critical condition, had to be airlifted to Vancouver General; her car literally looked as if it had been blown up.

I'm happy to report that we arrived safely back in Victoria feeling totally relaxed and, even more importantly, very grateful that we had purchased such a fine car.

Daniel, Just wanted to say Thanks for your help and patience. I am beginning to love My "Sadie", each day gets a little more comfortable.
Last night I took my Yaris out for a final trip to the grocery store, it felt funny driving her. I am definitely enjoying my heated seats, and the blinking lights that tell you when you are getting close to something--3 yellow bars is just perfect for parking in my garage.

Can't wait for the day when I can let her park herself for me!!

I'm going to Hawaii next week, when I'm back she'll be ready for a wash and vacuum so I might see you in the showroom.

"Mercedes-Benz Driving Experience"

Thank you very much for a most enjoyable half day at Western Speedway today. For those of us whose driving lessons were almost a half century ago, which didn't include panic stops and lane changes, and which certainly didn't take into account ABS and stability control "tricknology", there were some useful practical lessons learned about what these cars can do. And, of course, putting my foot to the floor and maneuvering a B250 "just like mine" around the track was a lot of fun.

Great staff, great instruction, great cars, great experience.
Good "eats", too.

"Service at Three Point Motors"

Please pass this letter to the Service Manager.
Today I brought my car in for the scheduled servicing. I was met by Scott Smith who assisted me. I explained that I had recently had an oil and filter change, and would like to proceed with the servicing, but without an oil change. He accompanied me outside to my car and opened the hood. He explained that perhaps a maintenance was not needed as I had had the oil changed in February. He checked the brake fluid, the airfilter etc etc and advised me that everything looked OK and that I could bring the car back for the next scheduled maintenance. Perfect! I happily drove off knowing that unnecessary work was not done on my car.

Scott and the other service technicians are the reason that I'll buy another car from you when it's time. Please thank Scott again for me.
